My Favorite Computer Books

Here are some computer books which I have read and enjoyed. These books can be enjoyed by most anyone, regardless of your computer background. These books are on a range of subjects that interest me.

I hope you enjoy them.

The Official eBay Bible
This book is pretty cool for any of you looking to open your own eBay business or just learn how to get a good deal on anything from that digital camera to that vintage turkey baster you've always dreamed of. Definatly a good read.

Microsoft Office XP Inside Out
I picked up the book: Windows XP Inside Out, and was so impressed I thought I would probably enjoy the version covering Office XP. Not only would it be useful for me, but also for a few active computers members in my family. If you read this book you will be very capable with all the applications included in the Office XP software bundle.

MCSE Windows 2000 Self-Paced Training Kit
When I was looking to get my Microsoft certification in Windows 2000 a while back, I checked around for other options other than dropping $10,000+ it costs to take the courses. After some research, I found this great set of books which I studied and allowed me to get my MCSE with just the cost of the tests; only a few hundred dollars. This saved me from putting a catastrophic crater in my bank account which made me quite happy. If you are looking to get involved in the computer industry then I highly recommend going for your MCSE as it is widly recognized and will give you a very good professional understanding of computers and networking.
